PetPal Studio provides a website, desktop pet service, and PetPal iPhone app that help users create and use small animated pet companions. This policy explains what data is handled and why.

Information we process

• Pet photos selected or uploaded by you for AI pet preview generation, app import, and companion display.
• Order or support details such as email address, order ID, feedback text, and delivery status when you use the website service.
• App subscription status and product identifiers used to unlock Plus or Pro features.
• Reminder titles, dates, and notes only when you grant Reminders permission and create pet reminders in the iPhone app.
• Basic technical data such as device/app version, request metadata, and logs needed for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and service reliability.

How information is used

• To generate, display, import, and deliver pet companion assets.
• To process subscriptions or purchases through Apple, RevenueCat, and Stripe where applicable.
• To provide customer support and resolve generation, payment, delivery, or app issues.
• To protect the service from abuse and improve reliability.

Third-party services

PetPal may use Apple App Store services, RevenueCat, Stripe, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and AI generation providers. These providers process data only as needed for their role, such as purchase validation, payment processing, hosting, delivery, diagnostics, or image generation.

Photos and generated assets

Photos are used to create pet previews and companion assets. Do not upload images you do not have permission to use. Generated assets may be stored long enough to provide delivery, support, abuse prevention, and app import flows.

Your choices

• You can avoid photo upload by using the bundled pet in the iPhone app.
• You can deny or revoke Photos and Reminders permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• You can contact support through the feedback form on the FAQ page for deletion or support requests.
