Photo requirements
Full-body photos work best: phone photos of cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, and other pets are fine. Keep the head, legs, tail, and ears visible instead of cropped out.
Only unusable uploads are blocked: extremely small, very blurry, too dark, almost blank, or extremely narrow images.
AI handles the background: the system uses your photo as the reference, generates an action sheet, then packages it for the desktop app.

1. Download the app: after payment, open the success page to download and install PetPal Desktop for Mac or Windows.
2. Receive the .petpet file: your custom desktop pet pack will be sent as an email attachment.
3. Open the app and import: open PetPal Desktop, use the tray or menu Import .petpet action, then choose the attached .petpet file.

- Your email is used for paid file delivery and necessary order support, not marketing blasts.

- Payments are handled by Stripe. This site does not store your card details.
- .petpet files are not shown as public links, and unpaid users cannot download them.
